coolrooms palacio de atocha is a stunning oasis. the grand junior suite was huge, clean, and had a spa-like shower. the staff was lovely and super helpful. the hotel is right in the city center, making it easy to explore. we loved the horse racing at zarzuela racecourse!

Still, the overall comfort and service made it a memorable stay. Definitely a place I'd recommend for anyone looking for a touch of elegance in their travels.

The pool maintenance during the day limited access at peak hours!!! It would be better to avoid daytime pool cleaning to enhance guest experience. Also, a clearer communication regarding amenities pricing could prevent misunderstandings!!!

My stay at Coolrooms Palacio De Atocha was good. The spacious rooms offer very nice comfort, and the location makes exploring the city effortless. The only downside was the dim lighting, which made some tasks a bit challenging. A lovely experience.
